PolyPipe has restructured its outside sales and customer service departments into highly focused “Sales Teams” to better serve your needs today and in the future. These changes are designed to better serve and grow with you!

The Sales Teams will consist of your Territory Sales Manager, an Inside Sales Pricing Representative, and a Customer Service Representative.

The “Inside Sales” team will do all your quoting and include: CoyLynn Kubis, Tim Berend, Margaret Cleveland, Pennie Keltz and Mark Tufts. The benefits for you include:

The “Customer Service Reps” will manage your order from start to finish. They are our “promise keepers” -- tell them what you need and they will work diligently to make it work. The CSR’s include: Barry Britain, Cathy Hollowell, open position and Tina Ewing. The benefits for you are thorough, proactive order management including:
*communication of production and jobsite issues
*proactive resolution of issues
*accurate order processing
*on time delivery

Your Territory Manager will continue to work with you growing your market and work closely with the rest of the sales team to improve service to you.
