PolyPipe® Announces New CEO

Gainesville, Texas – November 16, 2007 – Polyethylene pipe maker PolyPipe, Inc. announced today that Jim Moore will join the Company as Chief Executive Officer, effective November 19, 2007. Mr. Moore also will be appointed to PolyPipe's Board of Directors.

Jim brings over 30 years of experience to PolyPipe. Jim joins PolyPipe from Nomaco Industries, a leading manufacturer of engineered polymer foam extrusions used in the pipe insulation and bedding markets. Prior to Nomaco Industries, Jim held senior management positions with several tier-one automotive suppliers, including Inalfa Roof Systems, LDM Technologies, Guardian Automotive, and Camrose Technologies. Jim's broad experience includes resin based products, extrusion manufacturing, multi-plant operations, and supply chain management.
