HDPE Duct Pipe

HDPE Duct Pipe from PolyPipe^® offers that assurance.

High-density Polyethylene (HDPE) Duct Pipe is becoming the pipe of choice for telecommunications, CATV and electric power transmission lines. HDPE Duct from PolyPipe^® is produced from high-density, extra high molecular weight (EHMW), polyethylene resin. HDPE Duct contains a superior strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding tensile strength properties (PE3608 material).

PolyPipe^® HDPE Duct is produced in continuous coils or spools in any suitable length to fit the client's specifications. Standard sizes range from 1/2 " to 6 " diameter, or custom sizes are available. HDPE Duct can also be custom ordered in any color for the customer's identification purposes.

HDPE Duct offers incredible durability and longevity. It remains strong, retaining original properties for up to 30 years. The flexibility of our pipe allows for ease of installation. It may be plowed, pulled through existing conduit, buried in open trenches, and installed above ground. HDPE Duct, due to its flexibility, is capable of handling ground shifts and external loads.

Our heat fusion joining permits above ground assembly prior to installation. Butt fusion joint will not leak, and, in fact, have proved to be stronger than the pipe. HDPE Duct is an environmentally safe product and is highly resistant to chemical, corrosion, and aggressive soil action.

Joining

Heat fusion joining permits above ground assembly prior to installation. The butt fused joint will not leak, and, in fact, provides a bond stronger than the pipe.
